Purpose 

As a Candidate Manager you will work closely with leading IoT and Video experts and supporting them secure their next opportunity. Working closely with a Client Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the number of appropriate candidates within our database by making use of various candidate attraction techniques and developing relationships with candidates within your specialist area. 

Day to day duties 

  • Working closely with a Client Services Manager to provide suitable candidates for the vacancies they are working on in a timely fashion. 
  • Proactively reaching out to prospective candidates by phone, email and social media. 
  • Formatting and submitting suitable candidate CV’s within a set timeframe. 
  • Utilising various candidate attraction techniques including advertising vacancies on suitable job-boards. 
  • Seeking and generating leads to support the business development team. 
  • Placement compliance administration including gathering candidate documents, liaising with business support for completion of contracts and answering appropriate queries. 
  • Championing contractor care through the 5Values candidate care process. 
  • Being the first point of contact to candidates, continuously providing outstanding customer service. 
  • Logging all activity on the internal CRM system. 

Core Skills 

  • Previous experience in outbound calling and talking to a variety of people over the phone, ideally within a sales environment. 
  • The ability to understand people, sell opportunities and handle objections with ease. 
  • Articulate, with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and communicate with a variety of people in a professional environment (language skills are a bonus!) 
  • Highly organised, displaying great attention to detail and a process driven nature. 
  • Excellent written communication skills. 
  • A keen interest in smart technology. 
  • Comfortable working autonomously with an exceptional degree of self-accountability. 
  • Positive outlook, displaying energy and enthusiasm.
