Why We’re Hiring

We’re scaling our 5V Tech division in both London and Dubai, focusing on high-growth markets in AI, Cloud, Semiconductors, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to grow their network globally. You’ll have the chance to recruit for both permanent and contract roles across the US, Europe, and emerging tech hubs - giving you full flexibility and huge earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships within tech
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across permanent or contract tech roles
• Developing your market presence and becoming a true industry specialist
• Sourcing high-calibre candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Attending events, panels, and media projects to grow your profile
• Collaborating with 5V Media to enhance your reach and personal brand

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ months of 360 recruitment experience (tech experience ideal)
• Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-performance environment
• Bonus: experience recruiting in the video, media, or streaming space
