Why Are We Hiring?

We’re growing fast and expanding our US Perm division in Bristol. We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our 5V Video team, focusing on the US Permanent Video Technology market - one of the most exciting, fast-moving, and high-potential areas in global tech.

This desk works with top-tier video technology companies across the US, particularly in New York, helping them hire elite engineers, developers, and product talent driving the future of streaming, OTT, and connected media platforms.

The US Perm market offers huge earning potential, long-term partnerships, and the chance to work on high-value placements within a rapidly expanding industry.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter ready to elevate their career, working alongside a supportive, driven team within one of Bristol’s leading tech recruitment consultancies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across the US Video Technology market
• Establishing yourself as an industry specialist in Video, OTT, and Streaming recruitment
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across permanent tech roles
• Sourcing top-tier candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
• Building elite talent pools within your specialism
• Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand

What We’re Looking For

• Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven

• Experience or interest in the US market and/or technology recruitment

• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects

• A true team player who brings energy and drive to everything they do

• Bonus: experience in tech recruitment or the US/EU
