Job Purpose
As a Client Services Manager, you will maintain and grow our relationship with existing 5Values clients whilst working closely with the project coordination team to ensure a smooth service. Your role will be varied and will consist of a lot of outreach to clients by phone and email to talk about opportunities they may have and how we can assist them.
You will report into the Head of Client Services and will be working with some of the world’s largest Technology companies from Vodafone to Amazon and TomTom, as well as a multitude of tech start-up companies.
Day to day duties include but are not limited to:
- To act as the first point of contact for both candidates and clients who are actively going through the job matching process.
- To seek out new business within 5Values’ key accounts in order to maximise our footprint with that existing client.
- To work closely with the Business Development team, taking on any new requirements that they have brought into the business.
- To supervise the Project Coordinators, ensuring that they are effectively resourcing adequate candidates for the vacancies that you are delivering on as well as following the CV stripping process, generating new Manager names for warm business development purposes.
Core Skills
- A clear understanding of the recruitment process obtained from a previous 360 recruitment role, ideally within the tech sector.
- A relentless pursuit in driving warm conversations to identify new business opportunities.
- You will be articulate, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate with a variety of people, building relationships and handling objections with ease.
- You will be IT literate, particularly with MS Office Suite and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
- A keen interest in smart technology.
- You will have excellent organisational skills and a process driven nature, being able to schedule multiple appointments with ease and balance clients and candidates effectively.
- You will be comfortable working autonomously to targets and KPI’s, with an exceptional degree of self-accountability.
The Culture
At 5Values we are proud to have a positive and relaxed sales atmosphere with a real team focus where each department works cohesively with one another and encourages and promotes best practice.
No day is the same and we celebrate each success together. There are no glass ceilings to progression, and we promote based on attitude and behaviour first rather than just numbers (though of course, that is important!).
Everyone is given the best tools to do their job, with every possible online tool available and a high-end company laptop and Jabra headset.
We have a real team spirit, and we are of course a social bunch with events occurring monthly and a variety of team-building initiatives each quarter. We care about our employees and offer flexibility around personal appointments of life administration that need attention.
At 5Values, we are committed to ensuring an environment where everyone can thrive by being themselves. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we highly value diversity and inclusion and welcome all applicants to apply regardless of their race, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or religion.
Additionally, we heavily promote a healthy work-life balance with 8:30-17:00 working hours, 29 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas closure and an hour and a half for lunch with two additional breaks throughout the day. We operate on self-accountability and say a big NO to micro-managing - we are all adults after all!
